|I commute from Alameda , a island made of fill, to DTW Oakland. Well anyway about 4 weeks ago im riding over the bridge to the island and this ol guy starts giving me shLt for riding on the bridge. he sez i cant, i dont say anything, he calls me a "Sack of ShLt". havent heard that one for a long time. So when i got home i e-mailed the Alameda Public outerach office and asked um about riding on the bridge. They said well it's posted that you have to walk your bike. But no one enforces the ordinace or pays much attention to it. So with this, i say, if i see that dude that called me a "sack of shlt" (still like the sound of that) ill apologize and say he was right. Well, guess who i saw at the 7-11 last night on a beer run? The "sack of shlt" dude. So to make a long story I said he was right, we bullshlted for a mintue or so and that was that. Pretty cool..|

|It takes a big man to admit his mistakes, congratulations. I had this old guy pull up in a Caddy and try to sell me gold chains. After attempting to ignore him and explain to him I had $5 on me he wouldn't take the clue. So I informed him that it's a crime to put a 24k stamp on stuff that wasn't 24k. His reply was truly golden "You F**K, are you calling me a liar? F**k you!" If only he used the F word as an adjective also. I laughed for a long time about that one.|

|A fellow that comes into our shop has a CD that, with appropriate NPR type background music, uses the "F" word as all seven parts of speech and as almost every word in a sentence. It's very educational.
If I were a high school teacher, I would assign students who need it the task of coming up with a list of synonems so that I wouldn't have to listen to the same tired old words all the time. For example a "bag of BM" or a "poke full of poop."

|Blood relatives fight all the time, then kiss and make up.
Just because he called him a sack of shit doesn't mean that he does not love him.
Aren't you the guy that has been raggin on Gary (GVHbikes.com) forever? You are probably the kind of guy that will hold a grudge for life, like Arafat and Sharon. Sometimes you have to forgive and forget, get on with enjoying life. That is the moral of the sack of shit story.

|I wonder if he regrets calling you that nasty name?
I guess when you are riding or driving, its best to count to 10 before you say or do something you might regret.
