Where night after night the regulars come in, get wasted, talk smart, argue, laugh, beat their chests, do a little shoving, fall down, spill beer on themselves, get up and stumble home. Only to do it all over again the next night. Don'tcha' just love it?

That's funny. A big RBR group ride would be a lot of fun, but getting really drunk with all of these people after the ride would be the interesting part.

Well, why don't we have a RBR Wisconsin Bar Tour! RBR-WBT! I would suggest we go over towards the Mississippi River as there would be roads for all levels. Those who want flats, stay next to the river, if ya want hells, er, hills, well, they don't get a whole lot tougher than right next to the Mississippi (Continental Divide and such excepted!)

I honestly really look forward to the day I get to meat a RBR regular in person... The people here truly are amazing.

Hey, come on over to La Crosse and I can show you some reasonably painful bluffs, hills, etcetera. There's one a few miles from work that Lemond is said to have used in training for the TdF...

J.W. Bobbitt happens to love (oops, I meant live) in our sunny State of Nevada. I saw in the paper this morning (slow news day) he has been sentanced to a summer of House Arrest, due to probation violation.
Now, as a bike rider, I cannot think of much worse, other than being thrown in the tank, than being placed on house arrest.
Apparently he was accused of dom. violence to his third wife.
Jeez - some people never learn. nmrideslikeagirl

Let's hope that if he beats his wife again, she goes for the whole package, and places it in the Cuisenart (sp.), rather than tossing it.

I hear Wisconsin is famous for ladies mud wrestling contests. Oh, and those german brats too!

Beer, brats and br**ds--isn't that the mantra?

Dems broads. I'll never forget my wife's grandma introducing her and her two sisters to an elderly friend. "This ones Debbie, she's a nurse. This ones Sonja, she's a librarian and this ones Kristi, she's an artist. Husky girls, aren't they." Ol' granny nearly had a black eye after that one.

And I'll have you know six out of the top ten most polish communities in the U.S., according to the last census, are in Wisconsin. Two of them are only 30 miles from here my house!
