|Misleading title, my appologies....
But when you blowup, or bonk, or hit the wall, or break down do to a lack of mental toughness, sugar, water or training, what do you do?
I am talking about those times when you do something dumb, thinking that you are hot sh*t... throwing down a killer break away, and then watching the guys you are riding with mow you down and carry on..
You are now left behind.. You want that wheel, you know that you need that wheel, its your only chance of getting home or to the finish with this group...
WHAT DO YOU DO??
I need help.. in my last ride i lost that wheel, and a very very kind rider, who will remain unamed and may have been of the opposite sex, and although there is nothing wrong with that, it doesnt do wonders for my male ego... um, well, gave me a push... up to the wheel of final member of the small chase pack...
This is not a good feeling...
I'm young and stupid

|Uhhhh... keep something in mind? When you bonk that bad? You will be happy to have a 4 y/o on a tricycle pull you. Put your ego to rest and learn. Simple as that. Break aways are a blast and bonking bigtime is a tool for learning. Time in the saddle my friend... Even the best slam the wall. Did you see Frigo in the giro?|

|I think they're still finding pieces of Cadel Evans in the Dolomites. If you push your limits when you ride you're going to blow up occasionally. Make sure you always bring enough fuel (or money to buy some along the way), and stay hydrated. When you do blow, ask the doughy older gentleman spinning along at 15 in the general direction of your home if he'd mind pulling you for a while.|
