Mizzou,

You might want to check with a local (high-end) ski shop. What you are looking for is a good boot fitter. Ski boot fitters make custom footbeds for ski boots every day, and 99% of the better skiers out there have custom footbeds in their boots. They will carry a few varieties of footbeds in stock, and can fit them on the spot (takes about an hour). If there is a LBS that doubles as a ski shop in the winter, that might be a good place to try. You will need to take the shoes with you, that you want the footbeds in, so that they can cut them to match the size and shape of the original footbeds that came with the shoes. These will also be much cheaper than going to Dr., unless your medical insurance will cover the footbeds. Plan on $75-$150 for custom footbeds from a ski shop.

Otherwise, go to a podiatrist, or ask a local Orthopedic that works on feet.

Great advice, thanks. We've got a high end ski shop here. I'll give them a call and see where it leads.

There is a doctor in Marin County, CA who sells custom orthotics over the web. He sends you the molds to take impressions, you send them back and he sends you custom orthotics. I haven't used the service, but it sounds legit to me. He happens to specialize in orthotics that fit bike shoes.
