there are a few posters on this board who have had problems with their refusal to warranty wheels. you should probably switch to Zipp.
also, their views on disc wheels and straight pull spokes are a bit wierd. they refuse to use either.

I just bought a pair of Zipp 303s about 2k miles ago. I have owned everything at one time or another over the past two years..corima, rolf, mavic, etc. The best wheels out there are zipps and Bontrager carbons. I like the bontrages for TT. But the 303s are INCREDIBLE. For one they are completely water tight. I raced them in two inchs of down poor rain twice and never get H2O in them. Also, my front wheel had a small crack in the rim where the tube comes through and I waited all of one day for a BRAND NEW wheel. They are stiff comfortable and have the best acceleration. Great in cross winds a well. Over all, they are the best clincher/tubular out there. But, I like the bontragers for TTs since they have a deeper rim. Good luck

zipp makes an awesome product, though I have ridden on them, I'm partial to my hed wheels. Not the lighted carbon wheel out there, but, they can take the abuse of michigan roads and keep asking for more. If I ever feel the need for something different, I'll go with the hed alps... besides, i'm still irked at zipp for not making frames anymore.
