People in the wetter parts of the US: what do you wear in terms of jacket and pants (brand, model, etc...) when you plan to cycle in rain or anticipate rain?

Thanks!

I haven't used their stuff, but the specs look great; might be pricy, but what 'good stuff' isn't? I have a PI Activent jacket which is great for true rain protection, but can get 'warm'if the temp is above 75°F (I believe that it is a 3-layer Gore-tex); also an ASSOS Climo Micro jacket for light wind/drizzle conditions..pricy, but really is an answer for the 'questionable' days (breathes and crunches up to put in rear-pocket without looking like a miniature back pack).

no rain pants, just fenders and booties. If it's wet AND cold I user Pearl Am Fib tights. For a jacket, when it's really gonna get wet I use one of these:

Otherwise, if the weather is on and off drizzling, I just bring a light, somewhat breathale and crushable jacket (an old PDM one I've had since the mid 80s).

If it rains, you will get wet.
