to announce who was thrown out due to drug violations? Just curious as there seems to be more going on in the labs than on the roads. ;)
I wouldn't have thought so but..........Len J

it's clear from the above responses that some think it is, so best to err on the side of conservatism & not post anything. I assumed spoiler was only stage results (since that's what people are waiting to watch), but what do I know, I must be an "idiot" also (don't you love the name-calling, it's so endearing).

I DON'T want to see results in the topic line but something like this is "news" and not "results" related. Perfectly OK with me.

I mean by saying Simoni is out of the race the only thing these guys are missing is a precious two seconds of race coverage before Phil and Paul say, "Simoni has w/drwn from the race." Oooh the suspense has been ruined!

concur...that would be like taping a world series game you wanted to watch, but a player pulled a muscle and couldn't suit up..word getting out that player X wouldnt be playing is hardly "spoiling" the game replay..

That board is impossible to find. More people might post there if it wasn't buried in the TdF board.
Do you HAVE TO BE the newsmonger? Is it SO hard to abstaintz

from posting the Giro news HERE, and not on the separate Giro thread? It is your right to post anything anywhere you want, but I think it is just disrespectful to those who asked no to do so.
You are just like those who keep bringing up the subject on Colorado Cyclist Model...

I haven't printed one spoiler kiddo. Go do a search Columbo.
Second of all, where was all this disdain when people were posting about Garzelli's expulsion? I'm sorry I think this is much ado about nothing. Those who watch tape delayed broddcasts, like me, aren't really losing much in this disclosure. I just don't think it spoils the race.

Thirdly, It's FRIDAY before Memorial day weekend lets have some fun with it. The cat's out of the bag, and it doesn't look like anyone is doing any work today.

Peace, okay. Thanks :)

1. What difference does it make?

2. Viva 1st Amendment - post away!

3. and for the remaining Giro contestants: Viva 5th Amendment, or it's counterpart in Italia !

I'm not a "kiddo" or "Columbo". I'm not a close friend of yours, so please don't use nicknames.
Second, you indeed never POSTED a spoiler, but rather you have taken the side of those who did.
Third, I keep repeating, that nobody asks anyone to STOP DISCUSSING the Giro. Just do it on the separate thread.
As of having fun - I enjoy good jokes, like ones on ClydeTri's thread: "Lance is riding bandid" LOL :)
Tomorrow is going to be a GREAT cycling day - 65 and no rain in NYC :) Smells like a ride to Bear Mountain park and back...
Sounds like a plan. Maybe see you on 9W. (NM)Sintesi

A lone voice of reason in a sea of idiocy.

Good on ya man!
