putting aside what "performance enhancement" would mean in this case, it increases blood flow
If it is, you can always try ginseng! nmmr_spin

As someone who is on the down side of life, past middle age unless I live to be over 110. I have used both ginseng and viagra. At my age neither will give me a woody, unless shall I say, stimulated in that direction. And if so only viagra will have a "long" lasting effect.

Neither needed to get there, but nice to have to get back there again and again and again the same night and or day!

Guess at my age and point in life I don't care who bans it!!!

She believed that competitive sports were an outlet for misdirected sexual energy. If that is true, Viagra could sure play hell with the peloton as riders' energies get redirected.
Isn't everything??TypeOne

When you look at the list of things on the UCI list, you have to figure even that Centrum you took in the morning would give you a positive result. Have a cold? Don't treat it! Better skip that latte in the morning! Don't visit the dentist!
I recently learned insulin is a banned substance, so I would get a "not negative" result for simply taking a shot to stay alive. Mind you, I get no competitive advantage from it.
I'd bet Viagra is banned, although I want to hear from someone who can explain why.
