Keep at a steady HR squarely in the aerobic range for a month or two, then add intensity to taste. I got a resistance unit for my rollers finally. With a resistance unit, well, it's not quite the same as screaming up a hill, but it's not too far off, and my four-year-old knows where to find me. Good for you. |
