May 21, 2002 9:29 AM | | I was reading an article over at mountainbike.com saying that Trek is the official store for Tour de France merchandise so I click on the link to check out the items. Nothing special and I really don't want anything with the Tour logo on it anyway, but I'm bored. Then I click on the Postal team kit for 2002. They want $85 for a team jersey, $96 for bib shorts and $40 for a pair of gloves. Am I missing something here? I mean NIKE stuff is nice and all, but sheesh. But I guess if people are willing to buy Postal kit at those prices, more power to them. I'll stick to buying my jerseys over seas or on closeout. |
