I treated myself to a Sidi Energy shoes. (I don't really need them, but think of all the money I saved buying at Totalcycling.com. That's my rationalization and I'm sticking to it.).

Anyway, I'm not throwing away my old Sidis, I'll keep them for backup. I decided to buy a new pair of cleats (Speedplay Frogs) for the new shoes.

When I'm riding and have to stop, 90% of the time I unclip with my right shoe. Following the front-tire/rear-tire theory, should I rotate my cleats.?
