Does everyone agree that the worst velodrome in the US is the Siegfired Stern/Al Toefield Velodrome in Kissena NY?
However, as the song says, if you can make it there (New York), you can make it anywhere, e.g. Hincapie

DEFINITELY!! BUT also one of the BEST as far as participation goes. Here in South Florida we have a pretty nice velodrome but the programs and # of participants pales to Kissena. Also, going back some years - Kissena produced Leonard "Harvey" Nitz (turned pro) and Nelson Vailes (Olympic medal).
