Well I am changing my screen name until I can drop a few more lbs. I got my new bike about 6-8 weeks ago. I have been riding a lot more than I ever have but not as much as I wouldlike due to the wierd weather here in SLC latly. I need some Diet or/ eating plan help. I have recently cut my caloric intake down around 1500 calories a day mostly lowfat protien and was doing ok but seem to have hit a plato. I was wondering with anyone that has gone through this what you did to start loosing weight again. The pic I am going to post is me in Moab a few weeks ago and I have lost about 8-10 lbs at this time. Thanks Guys. PS sorry for any spelling errors.
Sorry the pic did nto take here is a link to it.Icefrk13

Just keep up what you are doing, then suddenly, more weight will drop off. I can't say if the plateau will last a week or a month.
