Does anyone own a Limar helmet? I'm looking for some reviews or comments if you have one.
Thanks...BMW

Best helmet I have used. I've used a lot of them. It has a really close profile to my head (it doesn't stick out on the sides as much as others)

What makes it the best helmet for me is that it fits my head shape the best. It may not be the best for you. Try them all on to find the best fit.

Just as you should for frames, shorts, shoes and women.

Just be sure you can try one on. My cantaloupe shaped gourd did not appreciate the shallow svelte Limar. But this are highly rated otherwise, and tons o' vents.

I have a F107 I've used for the last year. Very happy with the fit compared to my Giro Boreas. It feels more sculpted overall to my scull wheras the Giro while I could tighten with it's "roc-lok" was not as stable a fit. It's also a closer profile, especially on the sides, and less bulky in appearance. The only downside is the rear pad which is part of it fit adjustment. It's a wide plastic and coolmax pad that when your leaned over does press against your neck and initially causes your neck to sweat at that spot. Over time it gets flexible and now I don't notice. It feel if impacted in a crash the Limar might be less likely to rotate on your head due to a more stable support compared to the "roc-lok", MHO. I'de consider another Limar over Giro for fit as well as price.

I have a F107 too. It fits my head better than some Giros. Despite Texas heat, it feels plenty cool. Limar offers a nice crash replacement program.

I have not used a helmet for 13 years except during races when I had too. Then it was a Giro & I hated it.
Now I bought a Limar107 & Im converted. Great Fit & comfy too. The reason is as others have stated it just seems to fit better than Giros (Pneumo included)But also the padded strips are really nice & even the chin strap pad EXCELLENT!!

Now I will do training rides with a helmet.
PS: The ventilation is Great !!
