has anyone ordered a frame from total cycling? i'm wondering how their delivery works -- is a signature required, will they call me ahead of time to let me know when they're coming? i have a tracking number but the site for parcel force (their shipper) only says my package is on the way. no other details. getting very anxious...!!!

You will get a USPS postal notice after they attempt a first delivery. You can then call the local USPS office and have them hold it for pick up. You will also VERY likely have to pay the 4% (approx) US duty when you pick up the parcel.

Don't bother tracking the parcel with the Parcel Force tracking #. It's useless once the package gets into the USPS system.
