I am thinking about the Culebra SCI (alu/carbon)or the El Diente (ti). Anybody have an opinion on these?

I ordered mine in April, and it should be showing up very soon. So far, the experience working with the guys at Dean has been very positive. When I get the bike, I'll give a full report (and post a review).

By the way, the Culebra SCI is steel/carbon, not aluminum.

Hey, do you know what sive seatpost it takes. I assume that the bb is English, and the headtube is NOT integrated but I would appreciate correction on either of those matters.
Sure...Gregory Taylor

I believe that the seatpost is 27.2. And you are right, the headset isn't integrated.

What else are you looking at?
Probably too far back to read but..PatMatt

I have looked at a Litespeed, Merlin, KHS, Cannondale, DeRosa, and Pinarello. I have been all over the place trying to replace my Serrotta and from what I've been on the Dean is at the top. I went ahead and ordered mine so I am gathering all my old D/A parts to see what I still need. It will be a hard three weeks until I get it but I'll use that time to eat too many donuts.
