Got a new reservoir the other day.

Before I threw the carton away, I saw the copy written on the top....I dunno...maybe they hired writers from some other industry? Or maybe they meant to do that...sounds like some sort of Spring Break video...or worse--not to mention the name of the darn thing, and the sticker on the right side...yikes....
LOL - Not only that, but the Platypus is the crappiest...Kristin

...hydration system out there. I just finished shopping around for a hydration pack and decided on Ulitmate Direction over Camelbak (price and features). Of all the systems I researched, the Platypus was made of the flimsiest material and was the hardest to clean/fill. I'm not sure how they stay in business. Their stuff is priced way too high.

I have two Platypus hydration packs, and they are great. The ziplock bladders are very easy to clean and fill, and I haven't had any durability problems with them at all. To each his own, I guess.

LOL. "Wet, Wild, and TOTALLY TASTELESS" does sound like the title of one of those spring break videos. Too funny.
I never saw any platypus bags that were ziplockedKristin

The only ones I examined at the store had a very small screw cap at the top for filling, emptying and washing. Well, no matter, I still like my Ultimate Direction a lot. But I apologize for the misrepresentation.
if it doesn't smell like Camel.. it's platypus 8-Pcyclopathic
