You're from Ann Arbor, right? The wife and I want to buy a new tandem and are leaning towards purchase of a Co-motion and it will probably have to be custom. We're down the road here in Kalamazoo and Two Wheel Tango is a Co-motion dealer (none locally). Have you had any dealings with that shop, what is your opinion and are they qualified to measure us up for a custom build? Also, they have two locations, is one better than the other? Thanks.

TWT sponsors the U of M cycling team (I think ... it's a long story). anyway, yes, they're a good bike store, and I would think that they'd be able to measure you up. go to the shop on Packard. if you can, get James Huang (aka the Angry Asian) to help you - he's good. you might call ahead and see if he's in.

He's well known in mtb circles for his fork expertise.
