I'll be there in a couple of months and I was wondering if the road riding is any good? I knkow the mountain biking is great, but I'll be training for a very hilly race then. I figure it might be quite hilly around there and I could get in the training i need.

Thanks in advance.

There is one road ride, but its a nice one, down hill to Pemberton and beyond if you wish. Nothing steep, I forget the mileage but I think its about half an hour by car. Have a great time. B.C.'in ya!

The other option is to head for squamish, or even for horseshoe bay, but thats a hell of a long ride, but there are some seriose hills between whistler and squamish...

good luck..
PS. what race are you training for? not richter's pass (triathlete perhaps??)

RC
It's a small race in ontario with about 12km in climbing. (nm)chrisbaby
