Sneaky cramps!!empacher6seat

So I went on a hard ride the other day, streched out afterwards, of course, and felt fine. THe next morning my legs were kind of tired, but nothing too bad. I was coaching my rowing crew, and was showing them an effective strech they can do for their hamstrings. As I'm getting into position, my hammies cramp like there's no freakin tomorrow and I feel like an 80 year old man trying to get into this strech position that I can usually achieve without feel strained at all. I strech out my hammies and try again, only to find the cramp striking again! What's going on? Is this caused by the hard riding the day before?

Weather getting warmer, hard riding evaporates more body fluid, depleting potassium. I would arrive at work already dehydrated, drink too much coffee all day, and cramp up on the way home. Potassium glutamate, obtained at the local Wal-Mart, dramatically solved the problem.
I mean potassium gluconate : ) nmguido
