|Last year's NYC motorcycle show was packed. If I hadn't purchaced tickets in advance online, I'd been turned away by the huge lines.
How's bicycle show? I hate waiting in lines. I have already spent way too much time in them... I plan to go on Friday, after work (4:30-ish), btw.

|I went last year on thurs.(at the WTC, sniff), and the crowds were very manageable. I think it took like ten to fifteen min.to get in. Weekends might be different.
The show was pretty humble by NY standards but a lot of cool bikes and demos. Jusging by the website this one looks a little bigger than last year. Nice people, really dug talking to the Serotta folks. The part I'm looking forward to is the bike clothes free-for-all set up by Long-cycles. Some incredible bargains if you're willing to dig. I'll probably walk out with 10 pair of Defeet socks and some bib shorts for less than $50. I had a nice pair of vario thick castellis for $30 bucks but had to let them go because they were a size too big. ):

|Went Friday afternoon, last year. There was no crowds. I too got three pairs of Defeet socks for $10. Had to do a little digging, but well worth it. It appears to be a bigger happening this year. There will be an auction at some point. Wish I could make it this year.|
