pretty cool cycling related pc game. you can manage your teams/riders. cycling manager 2 (to be release sometime this yr) allows you to choose your own equipments like wheels, helmets etc.

try browsing this site:

When it first came out in Europe I downloaded the demo and a patch but it wouldn't work on my Win98 machine. Came would start then crash after the splash screen.

I see they have what they call a NEW demo. How is it working for you? I've had their web site in my Favorites for ever and check it occasionally to see if they have released anything for the US.

I would love to have it. It might help we with my lack of racing experience. :-)

Like the other poster I tried the demo about a year ago and could not get it to go. They did have the english version for sale at Amazon UK a few months back.

I have a new baby now and barely have time to ride so I will not be getting it anytime soon. If you do get it how about a review?

no problems so far on my pc, it is recommended that you have at least a Pentium 500 MHz with 16 mb graphics display.

as for the game, you can control most of the riders to your personal liking eg. sprinting, % efforts, breakaways etc. the graphics isn't too bad either, try browsing this site: www.cyanide.com for the cycling manager 2, they have much better graphics although it's not been officially launch yet.

i have not downloaded the patch on my pc but its still playable up to now.
