Hello,i have a trek2200 with a cane creek C1 headset. It seems as if the top headset cup is sorta loose and i can turn it with my hand. also the handlebars and the wheel can jiggle, like when i keep the wheel straight and pull the handlebars its like a loose jiggly feeling in there and im not sure how to tighten it whatever needs to be tighten and get that to go away. thanks alot

You need to tighten the top bolt first (with the 2 bolts to your stem still loose). Tighten the top bolt slightly so that you can rotate the fork left&right with little to no resistance. Then line up the stem with you top tube and tighten the 2 bolts to secure the stem to the fork. To make sure you've done everyting right, hold the front brake and rock your bike front and back to make sure there's no give in the fork/headtube connection.
