I went to the doctor... I'm cleared to ride! Indoors on rollers... ugh! Then my parents are a little overprotective about that stuff so meh... but of course rollers are more predictable than the road but you can still fall. Also I'm waiting to get a set of PowerCranks (powercranks.com) from Frank Day to come in! I've always had a good pedal stroke at low rpm but at higher rpms it falls apart so these will help. Also I'm getting a new bike and I figure for the money over Ultegra cranks its not much more investment when you consider how smooth a pedaler someone like Lance is. Its not that he's unhuman... its just that he does everything perfect almost!

Thanks for listening!

Please make sure to give us LOTS of progress reports.

How's the balance? Make sure that you are ready for rollers. I gave my cranium a decent whack a year ago (with a helmet, thank goodness) and my balance was screwed up for a couple of weeks. I rode my bike (like an idiot) way too soon, and I could feel small "issues" with my ability to balance. I just rode faster.

Maybe a stationary trainer would be a better choice over the rollers?

The balance is fine! I know both you and Ishmael both mentioned reccuring side affects but as of yet I'm doing good. I can shoot the duck... basiclaly a one leg squat with your leg out in front on both legs no problem so I can't be doing to bad! And I have both a trainer and rollers butI get the powercranks tomorrow so I'll be riding again!
