I just bought a pair of Genius 4's. They fit great in the store, but once I put on the cleats (Red Looks) the arch started to feel weird. I took them for a test ride yesterday and played with the arch adjustment a little. My right arch felt some pressure though, sometimes painful if it was too loose. I put in some Dr. Scholl sport insoles (the others just seemed too thin). Should I just keep playing with the straps? Is there something else I should try, or do I just need to get used to them? I don't remember having these problems with my other shoes. It's just wierd that I didn't feel this arch problem without the cleats attached.

I just love mine. I have 2 pairs 1 for winter & heavy socks (45) & one for lighter socks (44). Keep playing with them and I'm sure they'll come around.

I use Superfeet grey insoles in place of the standard Sidi insoles on my Genius 3s and fit and comfort are excellent.

One somewhat odd thing you may want to check. Make sure that the bolts that secure the cleat are not too long and are not protruding into the shoe.

|I took my insoles from my old shoes (Performance Primos) and put them in. No pressure/pain just walking around. The insoles from a pair of my sneakers also worked. Funny.
I still have to try them riding, but so far so good.
Thank for the above help and Happy riding.
