|Look I'm reprinting my response to Kerry's post below.
If you want to transform the gist of this (or Kerry's) thread into an Orwellian or Stalinistic leaning that you feel needs nipping in the bud, you need a life. Kids... Bikes. People, let's talk in a way we can all understand. Not too much to ask.
The intent of the Kerry's post is that, basically, it's hard to follow what they guy (some posters) is (are) saying. Is it too much to ask that someone try and get their point across in a way that others can understand? Let us all agree that one must be clear and at least try to be cogent. That's all. This isn't about ridiculous pedantism or sniping about spelling. Kerry's point is well taken from my perspective. Tuffnick is enthusiastic, no doubt, but we can't understand what he's trying to say. Perfect grammar is one thing, basic grammar is another. Let's get a grip here.

|I'm sorry if my message sounded like a slight to you. It was not intended that way. I support your desire for people to post using reasonable English and not nit pick one another.
The "move on" part was just a wish for people to accept your moderate view without a big debate.
I'll try to phrase things more clearly next time.

|We agree. I meant I just went back to the posters who were driving me nuts and started writing like they did. It is kind of fun if you try. Anyway it's a rainy day and I'm waaay too bored.
again, sorry for the confusion.

|I don't know why I decided to reply to the post in question. I usually make it a habit to avoid saying negative comments. I just wonder where folks come up with all the energy to argue about stuff like this. I just clicked off the internet and went for a ride. Life is short.|

|the whole thing looked like a flame bait to start with. I'm leaning toward bundeling up "grammar" into "religion and politics" category, any time subject is brought it explodes. I am glad I was out and riding|| |
