removing stickers off bike!simplystella

Hello, I have a question...I recently brought a new road bike. I am happy with the bike, just not w/the stickers all over the bike. I find them distracting on the down tube (It's quirky, I know-but it's how it is!) Any ideas on how to remove the stickers without having to have the bike refinished? I have heard of goo-gone, is this any good? Other suggestions? Thanks!

Decals can be removed easily with a heat gun or hair dryer. Once heated, they will easily peel off. Goo-Gone can then be applied to clean up any residual material.

good luck!
Not if the decals are under a clear coat finish.REMan

If there are several layers of clear coat on top of the decals removing them will ruin the finish on the bike. If this is the case, the only way to remove the decals is to have the bike stripped and repainted professionally.
Is that the same for a carbon frame? (nm)sctri
