Carnac Quartz - LOOK Cleatsjhv

Anyone out there having a problem with their LOOK red cleats and their Quartz shoes???? I have instlled the red cleats on my Qartz's and pushed them all the way to the inside of the shoes to get them as far as possible from the crank arm, but they are still way too close. Any suggestions on cleat modification or any solution would be greatly appreciated.

the problem. I use Look's with the Quartz shoe and don't have a problem. The toe box and shoe are wider than my other shoes and there isn't much clearance but they do not rub the crank.

Do you have the correct adapter for the shoe? There are different adapters for every system. Other than that I'm clueless.

I have very little room between the crank and inside of the shoe... I want to make sure that they don't rub the crank. It sounds like yours are close, but don't rub. I was going to file the holes in the cleat a little to get a couple of millimeters more of space. I will try them. I have the right adapter for the LOOK cleats. Thanks.

Yes, mine are very close but do not rub. They are so wide they look a little strange at first. Love the shoes though, pricey and kind of heavy but super comfy.
