|I've finally switched from down tube shifters to integrated shifting. After the initial 150 miles I have cable slack that needs to be adjusted . Whats the best way? turn knobs on the downtube, screws on the rear derailleur, and what directions for tightening and lossening? Its a campy rear.|
|I like to start with the rear derailleur, because...||floatch|

|you can't reach that adjustment while riding. Using the downtube adjusters, you can reach down and further adjust while riding. Spinning the barrel adjuster out tensions the cable (lefty-loosey, righty-tighty.)
Actually, the best way is to re-attatch the cable, so you can play with the barrel adjusters as you ride.
