Rudy Project Tayo versus Ekynoxkushogun

Hey all. I was riding the other day and a rock flew up and hit my glasses and (suprisingly) broke my Oakley M-frame Pros. They were 4 years old so they got some good life. But time to move on. I was going to step up to the plate and go with Rudy Project for my next set. However, I have somewhat of a wide face and don't have any shops to readily try on the different styles. I have heard that the Tayo runs wide. However, the new Exynox have also caught my eye. Anyone with experience with both, or have read any reviews as to whether or not the Exynox would be accomodating for me, your advice would be greatly appreciated. I understand everyone's face is different, but if people are coming to a consensus on the different styles, I would love to hear from you. Happy spring riding!

I have a fairly wide face and have had both. I started with the ekynox because it looked cool, but ended up i thought they just look like over sized basic sunglasses. I figured if i was gonna have real obnoxious cycling glasses i wanted the very unique tayo. A couple things about both...ekynox-black doesnt really look black kinda greenish, frame is thing and doesnt look as sturdy for mtb (sorry) as the tayo. tayo-isnt as easy to change the lenses, competition stickers look awesome, ullrich factor. I ended up with the tayo and i love them...both fit pretty much the same (real good on wide faces). Order from and if you dont like one send them back and get the other. Any other questions just ask

I just went through the same. Picked up the blue/laser blue
Tayo's they are great. They stay in place on your face, whatever the rubber material they use for the temples and nose piece it sure works. I have a medium to smaller face and the Tayo's fit just fine, I recently installed the brow guard to help with the sweat come this summer. I have been using the Oakley Romeo's since '97 but these are much more suited for cycling. Go for the Tayo's you wont regret it.

I know you didn't ask, but the Kerosenes work very well on my fat head. 7 3/4 and wide. Wish I could help more.
