It seems Cateye spent a lot of research time and money into the Cateye OS, and now you find these things on clearance racks everywhere. I found this computer was just too bulky and complicated for the simple functions that a bicycle computer needs to perform to operate efficiently.

They have a record system that they tout, but they don't tell you that the sucker eats batteries and changing the batt loses your history. Also it will frequently go into coma mode instead of sleep. Then you have to reboot and re-enter your data. Glad I got it wholesale. Their cheaper models are stone reliable.
