Felt 15R vs. Merckx EliteFinch

I'm still bike shopping and wondering if I can get everyone's opinion on these two choices. I thought the Merkcx was Scandium, but now I'm not sure. Web site says DB-???. I guess I was thinking about the Team SC, which is Scandium.

The Felt is Scandium (the Felt is actually all sold out for this year, so I would have to build an F1R (same frame as 15, I believe).

Both would end up around the same $$. If I build both, I could spec out with any components and wheel sets, so the frame is the issue. I could put carbon forks and seat post on both. If I wait for next year's Felt 15, it comes already built, with Dura-Ace and Mavic Ksyrium.

Riding style: compete in tris, love to ride with roadies and on charity rides, centuries.

Slightly under 5'5", woman.

What do you guys and girls think?
(BTW, I do like the color scheme of the Felts better, but some of you may think that's not an issue. You people who match your cars to your bikes know what I mean).

Thanks!
