Anybody doing this ride?? I've never heard of it before and its' in my back yard. Is it a new ride/race?? I'm considering taking on the challenge, so I'd be interested hearing from anyone who's done it.

...wow, being just up the road from you, I've never heard of it before either...

I took the challenge of just looking at the profile map... my truck couldn't do that on a full tank of gas!

Still, intriguing.

I've lived in this area for 30 of my 40 years and I don't recognize that climb. I have never seen one that steep around this area.

Akirasho...you live just north of me. Do you recognize this climb?? Wanna do the ride??

I was planning to go to Virginia at the end of June for the Mountains of Misery tour, but I think I'll do the one day Godzulla ride/race. Less time, the same pain, happier wife. Paul

Paul, I don't recognize said climb, but it suits some of the terrain relatively near the river and it's tributaries...

I've ridden a bit in Clermont and Brown counties... and have ridden the crests more than the valley floors and walls... sigh!

Wonder if we can talk the government into shutting down I 75 through the cut for downhill runs or for the adventuresome ones... a climb???

No such climbs for me in the foreseeable future... I go for my first Synvisc injection tomorrow...

Looks like a good, very tough ride. I grew up in Cincinnati, but didn't start riding until I had moved away. Makes me want to go visit relatives up there and give the ride a shot. I didn't see the total elevation gained, did I miss it? Good luck if you decide to enter.

She likes the idea of a one day event versus a Friday thru Sunday night event. I'm going to do it...anyone want to join me????
