|Before I order them online, do they run small? big? or are they just right?

|For me at least, I wear and 8-1/2 in most shoes and a 42.5 Sidi fits me perfectly. Ordering online is always risky though, it's easy to be off 1/2 size.|

I order my Sidis online cuz I know what size I wear... and shops rarely have 'em in stock (49).
FWIW, I wear a size 14 Adidas and Reebok running shoe... and the 49 Sidi (equivalent to 14 US) fits perfectly (narrowish but flat foot).
If you do order online or via a catalog... make sure you understand their return policy. Most vendors will not take them back if they show obvious signs of even the slightest wear (you'll be able to try them on (no cleat) and walk a bit on a well carpeted floor... that's about it for a test).
Remain In Light.

|I am expecting a shipment today arriving from Zonabici in France. This will be the third pair of Genius 4's that I have ordered trying to get the size right. What I have experienced is the European shoes are about 1/2 to 3/4 size larger than the US shoes. I tried on many pairs of Genius 4's at the LBS. My second pair of shoes was size 41.5. They were still too big. I could get my thumb between heel and shoe. I went back to the LBS and tried on the 41.5 again. (which was a perfect fit) Today I hope to have the 41's at home when I get there.|

|I wear a 7 1/2 dress shoe and 8 sneaker and the 41's work well for me. I also wear a 41 in the Dominators.|

|I think they are pretty much dead on - I wear 9.5/10 and 44 in my Sidi Dominators. Should be getting my new Energies in the next couple of days (somewhere over the Atlantic as we speak from Total Cycling). Ordered them in 44 as well (I tried a Genius 44 at a shop and they fit) - we'll see if the pattern holds but I have no reason to doubt it.|

|Ordered on Thursday from Ireland, received today (Pa, US) - now that's service. About $145 including shipping - a bit better than the $240 at the shop!!! And yes, the 44 Energy fits like the 44 Genius and 44 Dom... This is so cool.. Beautiful shoes, hate to take them off - I guess I better have to go walk the dogs, damn...|
|Thanks guys. (nm)||Allen az|

|I've said this before and I'll say it again, it is not worth trying to guess your shoe size to save a few dollars. Go to your LBS and try them on and buy them locally. If you stop and think about how important your feet are, and how important the correct size shoes are, is it worth the gamble to save $20-$50 dollars?

|with the Sidi's....I wear a 43.5; ordered a 44 Sidi Freeze (for heavy winter socks) from xpedia and a 43.5 Dominator 4 from Zonabici....both fit great.
(maybe I've just been lucky)
