|not that I know a lot about frame repairs of that nature.
Ride good thanks - had a decent following wind most of the way, and the weather was perfect for it - did about 70m total, and felt like would have been good for the same again.
Towards the end on the flat, we were ripping along at 28-30mph easily on the top cog - feeling to savour as it doesn't happen too often! Made even better by the occasional sight of some poor unfortunate trying to made speed in the other direction - 1/2 way down the small ring and going nowhere slowly.
Got the train back.....
No coastal exploits this weekend - just a local. Will let you know when we are next off - have been down with steve76 and his rather nice Ciocc, and MJ in the past 3 weeks - would be good to get a decent paceline together if you are up for it.
Have a good weekend,

|good speed after a long ride. You just can't beat that feeling at the end of the ride, really giving it some knowing there are only a few miles left and no big hills. I did it on Sunday then remembered I had to get all the way across london (Crystal Palace to Stoke Newington), I really had nothing left, kids on mountain bikes were circling me like hyenas round a dying wildebeast. "How much yer bike wurf mister?", I was a hell of a sight.|

|..then other good one "Aw fast kinnit go ven mate" and "me bruvvahs got a bike like vat in is garage" - meaning a 1970 Raleigh Record 10 speed with brake repeaters on the bar flats.
It is a good feeling, as is the salt encrusted face scenario when you finally stop - especially when you have been riding by the sea.
