longscycle.com - anyone ever buy from them?Jekyll

They have a bunch of jerseys you don't see elsewhere (even bikejerseys.com). The site is so bad and the on line order form is so damn cataractous that it makes me wonder whether these guys are on the up and up (they even ask for tips for their "shipping crew" on the order form....).
Has anyone ever purchased from them? Are the products OK (I'm looking at a few of their $39 jerseys)?

They are a good company. I've bought lots of stuff from them. They have a toll free number if you find the online form slow (it is). They're friendly and provide good service.

I have purchased from them on several occasions (armwarmers, socks, shorts, and a jersey) and have had no major problems. One order, they sent me the wrong size in socks. I called up and they put a new pair in the mail that day. Another time, I ordered a jersey and it didn't fit. They took it back without hassle. Their estimate of the original retail is often inflated (DeFeet armwarmers - original retail $35!?!) but their prices are decent.

Beware that the sizing and fit on their jerseys is euro-pro. Otherwise I would have no concern about ordering from them. If they screw up an order, they fix it.

At the NYC bicycle show last year. Mad cheap socks and gloves. It seems they just buy overstock and leftovers from cycling clubs and stores. A lot of odd sizes and some seriously ugly designs that I wouldnt wish on my worse enemy, but there is always an incredibly good find. Quality varies from superb to total crap. I found some Castelli bibs for $30 but couldn't buy them because they were too big. i really want a pair of those Russian bibs with the syrillic (sp) writing on the side. Don't see those around every day.

Came quickly with the promised water bottle. I've seen them at the Hartford Crit so I knew they existed and had a sense of their merchandise. If they still run the DeFeet sox grab-bag, I'd do it along with the shirt.

They worked out well for me. But some of those jerseys are ugly! I'd have no qualms about going to them again.
