|Help! Made Bike Fit Adjustments - Now Back Hurts||Mud|

|After riding my 61cm road bike for the past couple of months, this past weekend I set up my bike per Colorado Cyclist's bike setup recommendations and measurements. I'm 6'4" with a 35cm inseam, and increased the stem from a 12cm to 13cm. Everything felt pretty comfortable on the trainer. I did my first road ride (short 12 mile, but very hilly) with these adjustments, but I developed discomfort in my lower back (right side) just above my butt. Any ideas? Saddle too high/low/far back/forward, stem height, etc?

|The saddle is probably a little high or a little too far forward. I find that rocking, even slightly, to reach the pedals troubles my back and if the saddle is too far forward rough roads bother it.
This kind of outcome is the reason people recommend very small adjustments to one's riding position. We are not all alike and what works perfectly for one may torture another. I hope you wrote down the old dimensions in case you have to go back.
