|I am looking for a book on training methods for cycling. Can anyone suggest anything good? I would like to put a little more science into my workouts. I already train with a heart rate monitor, but would like to know what type of workouts will help me increase my endurance and speed while on the bike.
When I ride my HR is generally between 150-170 although I aim to train around 150. I think I have kind of hit a plateau in terms of speed at this HR range and need to do something different.
