Im about to buy a 2nd set of wheels and am looking for another spoke magnet for my flight deck comp. I understand that a magnet is a magent, but i like the flight deck magnet. Its small and unobtrusive, unlike the other spoke magnets i see available.

anyone know where i can find one?

I can't tell you how much it would cost, but the part number is CY6555 (CY6556 for bladed spoke)... Your LBS should be able to get one (through QBP) for you (or might even have one laying around the shop).

Tri Zone also sells a similar magnet suitable for some bladed spokes...

Also, Lickton's might be able to get one for you...

They make a nice one which is fairly versatile in that it will fit on bladed as well as conventional spokes. It's also smaller and lighter. I've stopped using the one supplied with the Flightdeck kit.

Almost any magnet will work. I epoxied a small refrigerator magnet to my bladed Rolf wheel and it works fine. BTW, Radio Shack sells rare earth magnets, which I'm told are extremely powerful and tiny.
