| Hey congrats, new twins over here. | djg Mar 31, 2002 2:06 PM | | Well, five weeks old at this point.
Not to rain on your parade, but that stuffed animal is made from cheap, Russian fake bunny fur. I mean, it works fine, I guess, but it's not nearly as nice as the American made fake bunny fur. |
| Twins will fit nicely in a burly trailer (nm) | grandemamou Mar 31, 2002 5:55 PM | | |
| easy for you - all you need is a brooks w/ a carradice | Spirito di Finocchio Mar 31, 2002 9:15 PM | | ;-)
start 'em early i say.
3 months of mothers milk and then cytomax, GU, steak and pasta thereafter. rub a little phill wood grease on their chest each night for sound sleep and michelin latex diapers get good miles - easy to clean as well. |
| Already have the cheaper--but fine--bell | djg Apr 1, 2002 7:19 AM | | for their big sister. Have to wait a while, though. |

Getting any sleep? |
| grandemamou is probably busy... | PsyDad Apr 1, 2002 1:28 PM | | ...so I'll give you my experience. I have found that I am getting more sleep than I expected. With the way a lot of people carry on, I expected to get 4 hours of sleep a night. So far, I get about 6-8 hours of sleep, but never in a row. My son gets up about every 3 to 3.5 hours to be fed. When he wakes up, I go and get him and check his diaper before bringing him to my wife who is breastfeeding. If she is really tired, she will wake me back up after she is done feeding him for me to burp him and get him back to sleep. Also, babies DO cry...for no reason at all. One key is to make sure you burp the baby well or they will get a gas bubble or two and this is very uncomfortable for them and they cannot express the gas, at this age, without being burped. How long until your child is born? |
