Nope, uh-uh, don't do it. Tip of the day. And the SLR saddle with blue jeans is just a bad idea.

Next time I have to park my car a mile from work, I'm leaving the $%#@! Barbarella boots at home.

Methinks a real cafe' cruiser for Boulderite convenience trips is on the list of things to get this year. I love my road bikes, but they sure ain't designed for urban assault in street clothes.

THE LUMBERJACK SONG

sing.....1....2....3

I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay.
I sleep all night and I work all day.

MOUNTIES:
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees. I eat my lunch.
I go to the lavatory.
On Wednesdays I go shoppin'
And have buttered scones for tea.

MOUNTIES:
He cuts down trees. He eats his lunch.
He goes to the lavatory.
On Wednesdays he goes shoppin'
And has buttered scones for tea.

He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees. I skip and jump.
I like to press wild flowers.
I put on women's clothing
And hang around in bars.

MOUNTIES:
He cuts down trees. He skips and jumps.
He likes to press wild flowers.
He puts on women's clothing
And hangs around in bars?!

He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees. I wear high heels,
Suspendies, and a bra.
I wish I'd been a girlie,
Just like my dear Papa.

MOUNTIES:
He cuts down trees. He wears high heels,
Suspendies, and a bra?!

[talking]
What's this? Wants to be a girlie?! Oh, My!
And I thought you were so rugged! Poofter!

[singing]
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

He's a lumberjack, and he's okaaaaay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

the world is an infinitely more wonderous and beautiful place when men can freely express themselves and feel free to play out their feminine traits be they emotional or of a externally exhibited nature. besides cycling apparell is pretty slinky and only a step short of lace and ribbons in my view. perhaps our desire to ride bikes is just a subliminal manifestation of a hidden desire for cross dressing.

you may laugh but eddy izzard sees more punani than we can dream of.

just a thought.

I haven't heard a good rousing TLS for... well, quite a while anyways. Brings me right back to my days of shooting pool in college bars to relieve the tipsy young bucks of their pizza change. I always found it to my benefit that most young men are unable to grasp that a woman can play a decent game of bar pool.

I hope you were suitably inebriated and in company, otherwise you just cannot do that one justice. My SO does a lovely operatic falsetto rendition on the rare occasions we're able to coax some good scotch into his system.
Did you check the Speedplay websiteDCP

for cleat - shoe (well, boot) compatibility? Seems to me that you would want the coffee shop covers and some type of heel extensions equal to cleat height. Or maybe quick release cleats?

You may be on to a new product line which will get more women into the sport!
what I truly needed was a quick-release seatpost binderlonefrontranger

Just imagine the havoc 4" of platform wreaks on one's biomechanics! It felt like I was pedaling in a toilet.

For those of you who don't know Boulder, the downtown area (where I work) is very anti-car. Parking is incredibly expensive, and not reliably available. I had to run a number of small errands before I went to work at noon, so I parked many, many blocks away from downtown at a friend's house. The cross bike (my current urban assault bike) was partially disassembled for headset repairs. I grabbed the Morgul as second choice, but the Speedplays just aren't good cafe cruiser pedals.
platform boots and blue jeans! i like it.. nmcolker
