3)mental fitness
4)I love the outdoors
5)I ride with the love of my life (wife)
6)enjoy more scenery then when walking, running, or rollerblading
7)more in touch with the outdoors then when in a car
8)higher heart rate then when on a motorcycle |

Physical fitness, mental relaxation, get in touch with nature, go to new places and actually be able to take a close look at them, have less time to wonder why I can't find a wife/girlfriend, prepare my blood circulation system if I ever find a wife/girlfriend (just in case, you never know);-)
