I want to upgrade a steel fork to carbon. I was considering going threadless. Can some one tell me what it will take component wise to make that happen. I thought it was just fork, headset, stem but I am not really sure. Thanks for your help

You'll also need a stack few spacers in the correct sizes. If your present stem requires you to unthread your handlebar, you'll need new handlebar tape. If you take this opportunity to raise your handlebars, you'll probably need new cables and housings.

make sure the rake is correct, or your bike will handle like $hit.
