|31.8 bar sizing & carbon bars...||floatch|

|Hey all... I'm about 5'7", 130 pounds (a little guy), and I'm considering "lightening up" my new trek 5200. I've decided a new seatpost is in order, probably a USE. However, I'm debating installing new Easton carbon (or other lightweight) bars as well. My stem and current bars are 26.0... If I'm upgrading to lighter stuff, is the jump to 31.8 worth it? My current stem is fine, but if I jump to 31.8 bars, I'll need a new stem. The thing is, I'm not sure I NEED 31.8 bars, being as light as I am. Any input?
On a side note, this question is posted in both the general area and the components area.
