i moved to key west about five months ago and i have been riding my road bike on my trainer. im getting bored of that so i am going to start riding it on the road. I was wondering if any does any group riding in key west. i work during the days and i have a child but i am thinking about riding in the early mornings, around 530 and also do longer rides on saturday or sunday. if anyone is interested in contacting me my email address is mattfl@aol.com. thanks

I was just there on spring break. Your local law enforcement is great and Duval Street may be the 2nd best party street in the country, next to Bourbon Street, but I cannot imagine riding a bike in that city. We rented mopeds and that was great but I cannot imagine being on a road bike. The scenery, weather and everything else is much better than Indiana...but the areas to ride seem to be few and far between. Good Luck...and if you do find a good place to ride please let me know and I would love to come and visit!

You've been riding your trainer for FIVE months?!

What's wrong with just getting on your bike and heading out into the great unknown? I know it sounds really risky, but....
