|I'm waiting to cross the street yesterday when this scroungy bike messenger wheels up and does his rendition of a track stand in front of me. I see he's riding a Serrota Legend Ti with Campy Record and Zipp wheels. It was tempting to make a wise crack like "gee, you must have delivered a lot of packages to afford such a nice bike", but I refrained. For all I know, he could be some yuppie who hit it big in the stock market and is now living his fantasy life. Yeah, right.|

|Only a dink would ride and ditch a very conspicuous bike from a small maufacturer like Steelman. How many orange bikes could he have sold in 96?
If he's any scruples at all he grabbed it from some poor saps garage.
That's somebody's pride and joy he tossed to the curb. I'd be very peeved indeed.
