On Saturday I received my confirmation and registration packet (YIPPEEE).

The only time prior that I entered the lottery (1995), I got the big ding letter, so my stock in the cosmos must have improved.

Anyway else going?

Actually this will be my 4th RTR...never gotten turned down yet. Guess I'm lucky. Would be my 5th but my wife and I had a baby last year and didn't want to leave her alone for the week with a newborn. Should be a good route. Have ridden some of it before. Southern Colo is some great riding. If you see a big dork on a 62cm black Colnago MXL say hi. One thing that I dont like as well this year is that Coors is sponsoring instead of New Belgium Brewery (Ft. Collins microbrewer) which to me is a much superior group of brews for apres ride, but what can ya do?

Enjoyed apres ride Fat Tire at last year's Horsetooth Hundred, the only positive in one of the most unfriendly and poorly organized one day events I've ever done (and I have done a lot). (Hope you aren't a FCRCC member...)

: )

See you there. Something tells me that a 62cm black MXL will stand out.
mmmm! Fat Tire is good!!! [nm]jagiger
