Just want to know if you know (a) what the import duty to the US on a pair of shoes would be, (b) whether there were any import administrative hassles, (b) how their service is...

(A) you shouldn't incur any import duties on a pair of shoes; (2) I encountered no import hassles in my two orders; (III) their service is fine, but don't expect much communication. My first order took about a month to arrive. My second order took only about two weeks. Shipping costs are pretty high, so it usually pays to order more than one item.

Zonabici is slow...(my guess is that once you order, they, in turn, also order the merchandise from their distributor), but 'Sergio' is courteous and will 'work with you' on making sure you get what you order. I just received a pair of Sidi Eagle 4 MTB shoes (same as Dominator 4, but in the 'Burnt' color) and total cost was about $141. (US). They ship internationally via DHL, which is a bummmmmmmer...(DHL will not leave the shippment if no one is at home, even if you have signed their release form. However, this is not Zonabici's fault.
www.xpedia.co.uk is also good; and will leave your shippment
