of 1st degree murder. Probably because he actually used a gun and not just his vehicle.

It was murder to be sure, but they also saw through all the "temporary insanity" BS that the legal system has made such a mockery of. Mental illness is never an excuse to hurt someone.

It's springtime - more of us will be riding, but everyone still be vigilant and ride defensively.
