One each of my dark and yellow lens for these glasses have a small chip on a corner which prevents the lens from securely snapping into the frame. If touched, the lens will easily fall out of the frame. Short of buying a new lens (at $35 a pair) or glueing them to the frame (kinda defeats the purpose of exchangeable colors), anybody have any suggestions? I tried a little piece of tape which both bothers my line of site and eventually falls off with the my sweat. These glass are too expensive to replace because of a small chip in the lens. Thanks. paul

To quote from their website:

The RLG covers all lens damage (e.g., stratching) from use or activity on lenses for products that are in the current year's Product Catalog. Through Rudy Project North America's Replacement Lens Guarantee (RLG), consumers can opt to replace scratched lenses for a nominal processing fee directly through Rudy Project North America. The RLG policy is subject to change without notification. Please contact Rudy Project North America's Customer Service (888-860-7597) for details on the RLG program including coverage and fees."

I'd send them back and get new ones for the ~$8 fee.

No questions asked. Call the 1-800 # I broke a lens on my Kerosenes and got it taken care of free of charge in about a week. I also lost the rubber nose piece and they mailed me a replacement free of charge.
